Private Event Request

Over Easy Bistro is available for private events after 3 pm daily. Events must be booked in advance. A $150 fee reserves our dining room and patio for up to 50 guests for 3 hours, and includes at least one staff member to assist you with setup and audio/visual presentations. (No refunds are given for fewer guests or cancellations.)

For no additional charge, your ready-to-serve food and disposable dinnerware can be brought in. (Access to our kitchen, refrigerators, icemaker and bar area is NOT allowed.)

In-house catering (appetizers or full meal) and serving staff is available for an additional charge of $100 plus $15 per person (or more, depending on menu choices).

(NOTE: PRICES LISTED HERE DO NOT INCLUDE GRATUITY FOR SERVICE STAFF, 6% KY SALES TAX ON FOOD AND DRINK SALES, NOR 6% LOCAL TAX ON ALCOHOL SALES.)

ALL alcoholic beverages must be PURCHASED from us (by the drink or with a running tab) and MUST BE SERVED BY OUR STAFF.
